Ella Cinders grunge look

Digging through old public domain comics I found this character from the 1920s named Ella Cinders, she's a put upon working class girl trying to deal with her lazy step mother and two step sisters demands. Like Cinderella but she has a younger brother and she's more of a smart ass. eventually she gets out into the world and instead of finding prince charming she has to work odd jobs to support herself and her younger brother. Super relatable. She has a good look and a cool name and attitude so decided to give her a more modern 90's grunge look... well 90's grunge was modern once cut me some slack.
