Marrella - I Contain Multitudes

Marrella was a splendid specimen from the Cambrian period. 

A unique arthropod that navigated the waters with its graceful swimming appendages and lacey antennae, it made its mark as a prevalent yet mysterious member of the Burgess Shale Formation due to its questionable placement in the arthropod evolutionary tree.

The mystery and wonder Marrella carries reminds us that even in the ordinary, we contain multitudes.
