A special hello to those whose birthday fell in the Year of the Dragon! Those born in the year of the dragon are special indeed. Often characterized by their confidence, intelligence, and enthusiasm, to know a dragon (or be one!) is a great gift. While the Lunar New Year always begins with the first new moon of the year, the twelve animals in this art series will follow the phases of the moon, starting with the rat with the new moon. This is why the dragon is paired with a waxing gibbous as opposed to a new moon.
