Buyer Protection

  • Yes, we offer a Buyer Protection program that safeguards your purchases. If you receive a damaged item, something arrives incorrectly. Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means issuing a refund, sending a replacement. However, once a package is shipped, we have limited control over lost packages. In such cases, we’ll assist you as much as possible by contacting the carrier and helping to file claims.
